Chef Kim Hock Su’s culinary journey began at McDonald’s before he trained under a Michelin-starred chef at The White Hart in the UK. He then became part of The Freemasons team that earn its Michelin star and further honed his skills in Taiwan.

Returning to Malaysia, he launched Au Jardin in Penang,
one of the country’s first Michelin-starred restaurants, celebrated for its innovative Franco-Asian cuisine and dedication to local ingredients.

Chef Kim Hock Su also brought his love for Spanish cuisine
to life with Un Poco Loco, a contemporary Spanish tapas restaurant in Penang that fuses traditional flavours with modern flair, inspired by his travels through Spain.
